Welcome to FreeToken! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FreeToken mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using FreeToken, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use FreeToken if you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. License to Use

FreeToken grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws.

3. Freemium Model & In-App Purchases

• FreeToken is free to download and use, with optional premium features available through in-app purchases.
• Premium features include access to Cloud AI model services.
• Purchases are processed through the app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). FreeToken does not store payment information.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by your app store's policies.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

• FreeToken does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details.
• The App may collect non-personal diagnostic and usage data (e.g., crash reports, performance metrics) to improve services.
• By using the App, you consent to this limited data collection.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App's operation.
• Exploit or misuse FreeToken's services, including the Cloud AI model, in ways that may cause harm.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FreeToken at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FreeToken does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FreeToken shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid for premium features in the past 12 months, or (b) $50.

9. Export & Compliance

You may not use FreeToken in any jurisdiction where its use is restricted by law. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" above or through the App. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
